STRIKE TEAM DEPLOYS FOR HURRICANE PREP
|
Five members of the Coast Guard's Gulf Strike Team deployed Friday to assist with Hurricane Ike incident management.
Three members of the GST are in Katy, Texas, where they are assisting Coast Guard Sector Houston-Galveston with cost documentation and monitoring oil and hazardous material facilities.
Two members are working as liaisons with the Environmental Protection Agency in San Antonio, Texas.
